Welcome to our Newborn Sleep Programme, jam-packed with all the information you need to help your newborn along their path to healthy sleep. It's perfect for those that are pregnant or have a baby under 3 months. It's often suggested that there's nothing we can really do to encourage good sleep habits, until our babies are at least a few months old. If you're already struggling with sleep-deprivation however, this can be an upsetting & demoralising thing to hear. Please be reassured that it simply isn't the case! There's SO much we can learn, loads of groundwork we can lay & plenty of steps we can take, to set our little ones off on the right path from the very start. This programme consists of a 90 minute audio course ALL about newborn sleep & includes the most effective things we can do to maximise our little ones' rest. It's broken down into completely manageable sections of just a few minutes each & the information is simple, clear & concise, with no bias or judgment - Just the facts it's helpful to know, so that you can make your own informed sleep-based decisions with confidence. It's complimented by a fully comprehensive 20 page downloadable ebook that you can refer back to with ease, whenever you need to. As if that wasn't enough, if you sign up, you'll have access to a whole second programme focused on YOU & parental rest.
